Tracie became the Global Head of Talent for two Fortune 500 companies, leading successful talent transformations during mergers, acquisitions, and market expansions. Under her leadership, these organizations became employers of choice, establishing organizational culture brands to attract, improving retention and fostering inclusive, high-performing workforces that resulted improved business results and competitive positioning for recognized start-up companies to iconic brands to not-for-profit organizations.

While attending law school, Tracie managed elder care for her mother, led a global talent function, and earned a public interest fellowship and the prestigious Lex Award for the highest grade in Practice Skills, recognized for her resilience and dedication.
